Catering and Event Consultant
Lauren Marchisotto did not start out with a passion for the events industry. Originally attending beauty school, Lauren did not gain exposure to the industry until her then roommate, who was studying hospitality, suggested she give it a shot.
Upon graduating from Roosevelt University in Chicago with a degree in hospitality management, Lauren went on to work in event production and design for 4 years, moving up the ladder from Project Manager to Event Producer. She then made the switch to catering sales for SBR Events Group and hasn’t stopped since.
Lauren loves creating a truly memorable experience for all her clients. Nothing is better than seeing the excited looks on their faces when they see their visions become reality. This holds especially true for newly engaged/married couples.
Outside of work, Lauren is the dog mother to Leo and Havana and soon-to-be wife of Joe, who she has known since high school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling to sunny Florida, and cooking authentic Cuban cuisine.
