Dave Raymond is the founder and owner of Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering, named after the famous barbecue sauce that he created. Chicago is our home and our inspiration. We are a full service event catering company specializing in farm-to-table new American cuisine. All of our food is made from scratch using inspired recipes that feature local and organic ingredients.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering provides all the elements that make gatherings delightful: fabulous food, professional staff, and full service event design and planning. Whether it’s a summer picnic or an elegant soiree, we work with you to understand your vision and style of the occasion.

In creating our menu offerings, we take great care to also provide a wide variety of delicious vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes to accommodate all tastes and special diets.
