Operations Manager

Jack Adams joins us as our new Operations Manager. Utilizing his background in event logistics, as well as catering sales, Jack ensures all our events and deliveries go off without a hitch. 


Upon graduating from Mississippi State University with a degree in business management, Jack initially began his professional career in Financial Services. Jack grew up in the hospitality industry, so his love for all things food and beverage was always lingering, even pushing him to pick up a side job at a local restaurant. As he continued in his career and eventually moved to Denver, Colorado, he, and his wife decided to take on a new challenge – opening a barbecue restaurant! The endeavor was a success and even lead to opening another location in Hillside, Illinois. This path eventually brought Jack to SBR where he started in corporate catering sales and would do so for five years. After a brief hiatus working in operations for a national brand, Jack has rejoined the team with a familiarity and wealth of knowledge. 


Jack enjoys catering because he knows exactly how to prepare for each week’s events. The weeks and months of planning help each department to create their plans for proper execution so that we treat each client with the care and attention they deserve. 


Outside of work, Jack has been married to his lovely wife for twenty years. Together they have a beautiful daughter, two dogs and ten chickens. In his free time, Jack uses his green thumb to grown and sell microgreens and fresh vegetables.
