Project Manager
Chris Wilke is no stranger to the hospitality industry and has spent the good portion of his career forging his path by working in various sectors of the industry.
His work ethic and ability to problem solve lend well to his new role as Project Manager with SBR.
Chris’s career path started with years working in hotels surrounding O’Hare Airport, working in the client services department, eventually becoming manager and leading a team. He recently worked as a concierge for a corporate high-rise in Chicago, where he continued to provide excellent customer service.
Joining the SBR team meant taking on a new challenge for Chris, who is new to the catering world, but has dived in, headfirst. He is grateful to be working with a talented team of professionals with years of experience to share with him. Joining a notable brand like Sweet Baby Ray’s is an exciting opportunity.
Outside of work, Chris is the loving uncle to two nephews and a niece. He spends his time watching live music, playing guitar, and staying active.
