Staying Safe During COVID-19

Education | Adaptation | Sanitation | Safety

Education

Daily, we are monitoring the CDC website, other federal health agency websites, as well as media outlets, and our own client and vendor partner communications, in order to be aware of the most up-to-the-minute information, to prevent the spread of the virus and educate our team.

Adaptation

We have stream-lined our menu offerings, while creating innovative ways to provide great food, and a safe experience to our clients, guests and our own employees. We have updated the verbiage on our event contracts, allowing more flexibility when it comes to postponements and cancellations.

Sanitation

Before and after each event and delivery, our team sanitizes all crates, equipment, surfaces and vehicles with disinfectant. Team members are required to wash hands and utilize hand sanitizer regularly. Hand sanitizer is also placed at all buffet and beverage stations for guests and team members to use on site.

Safety

Upon arrival to each event, team members are required to complete a health and safety self-assessment. Any team member found to have had contact with a COVID-19 positive individual or who is exhibiting COVID-19 related symptoms is not permitted to work until cleared. Masks and gloves are required at all times throughout event preparation and execution.
